We planned to stay there only 2 days, but due to issues we had to stay an extra day and the hotel was very accommodating, the staff was helpful also bc they spoke Spanish as well and that helped with my parents, we used the gym and laundry room which was very nice and the staff helped us locate them, the breakfast was good as well, they have a really fancy coffee machine that makes different types of coffees and my mom loved it, the AC was my favorite part, we like it cold and we were able to have that, the bathroom was also very spacious, it was a nice area as well and had shopping centers near by as well as many restaurant options, overall, me and my parents loved it

We really enjoyed it here. It was super clean, smelled fresh and clean, and the breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. The only thing that was weird was that we only had 3 bath towels in our room for a family of 4 and a 3 day stay. 3 out of the 4 of us, were female, so we really needed 2 each. When we asked for more towels, we were told we could only get 2 more. Other than that, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay again even though it was a little further than we thought from our adventures.

They aren't any restaurants or food places near this hotel however, you just have to drive five minutes to get into a nearby town. Overall, the location was good because it was right next to the highway. If I have to, I'll definitely stay here again.

This is my first time bringing my kids to Chicago. I must confess, I loved it here. Parking was great and not crowded. There are tons of places to eat and also things to do. I’m actually about to lodge here with my kids again by end of the month😁 just to enjoy our weekend outside our home in Indiana.

I loved the comfort; the cleanliness of the location and rooms are amazing. The pillows were soft as heck and the bed is beyond soft and comfortable I knocked out as soon as I laid down.
